To Tweet or Not To Tweet

Okay, I’ll admit that I got a Twitter account last night because it seemed like the thing to do at the time. I am a songwriter, a photographer, a writer and everyone insisted that was a great way to promote my stuff.

But like a tattoo you got one night because it seemed like the thing to do, you wake up in the morning wondering why? (Although I have never actually gotten a tattoo, I can assure you that is exactly what I would be thinking in the morning – WHY?!?!.)

Do I really want to know when someone is eating breakfast or what movie they saw or what the “fake Jon Stewart” has to say, hmm, not really, so I woke up this morning wondering why.

But, like people who have tattoos, I feel compelled to tell others about my Twitter account, so, I might as well show it off. Here it is, here is the link: http://twitter.com/bluebeachsong. Pretty cool, huh?

Okay, you can stop ooohing and aaaahing. (And, no, it doesn’t hurt.)
